Captain Universe is the superhero identity any Marvel character uses when merging with an extra-dimensional force with a mind (This being is known as both the Uni-Power and the Enigma Force) that seeks a host in times of great need. But this being is free to leave the character it merged with when the same character is wanting to use the power to do something wrong, the problem is that it needs to be united with a character to have powers. The character who merges with it realizes the mission and their costume is changed to look like the costume normal characters gain when they become the Captain Universe. The costume is a skin-tight outfit that covers the entire body except the mouth, from the waist down the outfit is white, but from the waist up it is blue with stars. The outfit doesn't appear at the exact moment the power enters the character, because when Spider-Man gained this power, he used super strength to knock the Hulk out with one punch before the different outfit appeared on him.
