Captive Night is episode eleven in season three of the live-action TV series The Incredible Hulk. It originally aired on December 21, 1979 on CBS.
Synopsis[]
While working in a department store, David is taken hostage when the store is robbed late at night.
Cast[]
- Bill Bixby ... David Banner
- Lou Ferrigno ... The Hulk
- Paul Picerni ... Jim
- Stanley Kamel ... Gary
- Parley Baer ... Raymond Harwell
- Dennis Holahan ... Mr. Edwards
- Anne Lockhart ... Karen Mitchell
- Mark Lenard ... Mr. Slater
Highlights[]
- Some funny sequences of the Hulk wandering through the store departments like a giant child
- Hulk out 1: When a thief locks him in the bottom of an elevator shaft, underneath a creaky old elevator that is showering sparks, and slipping off of its cables, yells "Hey! You've got to get me out of here! It's slipping!", only to have the 5-ton elevator suddenly fall on him (this one gets points for originality)
- Hulk out 2: Being beaten up by thieves and thrown in the store vault, having the vault door closed on his foot, and then having the air supply cut off
- Contains the often used scene of the Hulk running away down the lighted alleyway
