Frank Rhodes (also known as The Deathmask Killer) is the main hidden antagonist in the Incredible Hulk Season 3 episode "Deathmask". He is portrayed by Gerald McRaney, who also played different characters in other episodes of The Incredible Hulk.

Frank Rhodes is the Chief of the Prestonville Police Department (and at the climax he is revealed to be a serial killer who strangles woman and leaves a mask on their faces).
